What good points, if you are extremely lucky somebody may pick up the phone.
I have sent off continuation claim form, but am still awaiting payment, as I have to pay my vet at time of treatment, so far they owe about £500, which I have had to pay out. The first was paid after about 5 weeks, my dog now needs emergency treatment with a specialist, I have notified them but they are yet to respond, the treatment may involve MRI and surgery, I need answers, even the emergency number is useless. If/when somebody answers a phone they have been polite, but then isn't that what they are paid for. My Dog has the lifetime cover but it does not seem to mean anything to this company.
