We were located close to shop and swimming pool. Easy to get to and find. Good range of activities
State of the caravan - appallingly dirty carpets and mouldy curtains. Having to get past 100s of slot machines to get to swimming pool - what you don't pay to get into the pool you end up putting into a machine. Quality of food on site was very poor - ate off site or in caravan. Too big - kids could not manage walk to playarama so simply could not go there so missed out on lots. Expensive for what you got
The state of the caravan was terrible. However, to Havens credit when I did complain they came round quite quickly and sorted it. The van itself was nothing like the standard the brochure implied. When I checked out the girl asked about my stay - I said I was very disappointed - and she didn't ask any more - just grunted and took my key. Nice things to do nearby - great soft play at sea houses with best value and nicest lunch we had all week. Far Grange 100 times better!
Would rather pay the extra and go back to Centre Parcs.
