Good Points

Their customers service phoneline was quick to answer.


Bad Points

Can't even log in to the service.


General Comments

They should send out a customer id and PIN and only sent me a PIN so I had to request another ID and PIN. When they sent these out the login still doesn't work .... very poor indeed. When I phoned them up they said they didn't know what was wrong and that maybe I can try again later or request another ID and PIN ... which is exactly what I did the last time and didn't work.

    Finally got the customer ID and PIN that worked when I logged in but when I try to view the account I have with SW it times out every time ... hopeless.
