good selection of trainers can't think of any other good points
I thought customer service was non existent. I don't want staff to fall over me but a little pleasantness helps, putting matching shoes in the box would also be nice
I bought 3 pair of trainers in Footlocker in the Florida Mall while on holiday from Ireland, unfortunately I did not check the contents of the box until I was giving them to my son on my return from holidays to discover that the employee who served me gave me two completely different shoes.I rang the store at my own expense to be told they can't ship a shoe, and there is nothing they could do. I am still trying to get it sorted out hopefully from this side of the Atlantic either way I am out of pocket and I have a very disappointed son. I will not be shopping in Footlocker again . The moral of this story is check your purchases!
