Everything from the attitude of the staff to the accommodation

General Comments

Although we booked budget we expected cleanliness, which wasn't apparent anywhere on the site. Looks really run down. Even the cleaner I called said it was disgusting. Weren't even offered an apology when we complained. The staff are rude and ignorant except on or two of the Bluecoats. Would never go there again. If you decide to go, then take some cleaning products and gloves with you and wipe your feet on the way out.
