General Comments

I bought 2 weekend tickets for the British grand prix and paid an extra £70 for them. I rang the company as the tickets hadn't come and it was only 4 days before the event. I got told that the tickets would be delivered. Which they didn't, I took time off work and waiting in, even changing the delivery address to my works address, and still no tickets. I got an email off the company saying that the tickets would be delivered by 1.00pm. And still no tickets! I got an email the day before the event saying I would need to meet the "rep" down at the box office at 9.30am; the only problem is that the event was in Silverstone and I was in Manchester. So I set off at 5.30am to drive down and meet the "rep". When I got there I gave the "rep" a ring and went to meet him, and what did I get no not 2 weekend tickets but 2 Friday tickets and that's all. I spent the whole day chasing around the company and the "rep"! The company finally rang me to say they had my tickets and to go and walk the 20 minute walk to meet the "rep" to get them. I have NEVER been messed about so much! I wish I had read all these reviews first; I would have stayed at home and watched it on the TV it completely spoiled my weekend.
