I bought a printer from Misco because they were by far the cheapest. How I have paid for that mistake! The printer arrived in a battered old box and immediately my suspicions were aroused. Anyway inside it appeared ok, so I set it all up and then tried to print ... and spent about 2 hours trying, with various emails to HP customer services before being told there was a hardware fault and I should return it.
Misco have had the printer back for 5 days now and still haven't authorized a refund yet. They don't do replacements - you have to have refund and then order again. Like I'm going to order anything from them again! But I'm not without my printer and my money, and there seems to be nothing I can do.
I would not hesitate to recommend Misco to my sworn enemy - but to anybody else, I implore you to shop elsewhere!
