Good Points

Affordable.


Bad Points

Poor support, some staff are rude, unfriendly and can even be patronising.
Service can be unreliable and connections drop out continuously.
Sometimes it's barely possible to make a solid outbound call and inbound ones rarely get through.


General Comments

I'm sure Gradwell Dot Com is fine for domestic if you don't mind some down time.

However, my advice is do not use this if it's for business use or you need reliability. It's embarrassing having a phone system that always drops out.
