Good Points

Solid stories, lovely dark humor, good writing

Bad Points

Might need a more effective publisher. The layout inside the book takes some points off.

General Comments

The dead will inherit the earth by Thom Olausson are better than expected. According to the back cover the stories in the book were a little too extreme for readers in the states. Well, some stories are a little extreme but not all of them. I stumbled upon this book at lulu.com and bought it. Sometimes you get lucky and this time I did. I did like the stories a lot but I am still a little uncertain about the poems. Never been much of a poetry fan but I guess they were OK. One of the stories has been published before as well. It is the story called A Christmas Tale. I think it is smart of the author to open up with a story that has already been printed since it tells me, the reader, that it must be good enough.
