I would not recommend this airline!!! You will save more paying more and flying with another carrier!!!
My experience was the worst.! I am a film maker and went to Iran from Los Angeles to shoot a documentary for a month, my flights where delayed and I missed my connecting flights. No mercy from Aeroflot and I could not find anyone speaking English.
Not talking about bad service and horrible food, you will not get any call back if you happen to lose your bags.!!!
I heard about the others story when I had purchased my tickets and thinking that all this can't be true!! I wanted to try it for myself to find out if it was this bad and I wish I never did.!
