I recently applied for the house insurance online with Nationwide received an email to say I was insured then 2 wks later a letter to see if I was going ahead with my quote. Phoned to say sure I got a letter confirming I was insured and they had taken out my premium. They hadnt me insured just as well nothing happened while I wasnt insured. I have since changes to another company I would advise everyone to stay clear of Nationwide
