Many destinations
In my experience very irresponsible, unreliable, impossible to change route, usually fly through Atlanta which is one of the worst airports ever.
If you have a choice, consider flying with an alternative airline. I often had bad experiences with Delta. They lost my baggage once and never found it, they changed my schedule because they cancelled their direct flight from Bermuda to New York and put me on an indirect flight without giving me any compensation, they never allowed me to go on stand by or change my route because of their not flexible policy. My rating is very very low.
