Good Points

When with Amazon the service was fast, brilliant customer service if I ever needed it, brilliant HD & BluRay choice. Amazon rating of 9

Bad Points

Now run by LoveFilm, the rating is 0!!!

General Comments

Until recently my account was with Amazon and there was never a wait for titles. Most the time recieved back the next day and a new title dispatched the same day. Always seemed to get the title at the top of my list. Often recieved brand new release on first day. Had a good BluRay and HDDVD list.

I am upset that Amazon have chose to go the route of lousy LoveFILM. Rang, emailed and complained once the news was announced as I was worried the excellent service would deteriate. Unfortunatly now that my account has moved to LoveFilm I have recieved a title removed from my list weeks ago, replacement item sent was low priority and took longer to arrive. I will now cancel the service and let Amazon know how angry I am !
