I do not think there is anything good about this flight. Worst flight I have ever travelled. My wife and myself are vegetarian and the only thing we were given was boiled potatoes for dinner. We asked for some salad & they could not provide us with the same as the manager mentioned that they order exact amount of food for the passengers so if there's any left over will get the salad for us. Then we asked for some biscuits or peanuts & they agreed to provide us with the same. Guess what happened? No one turned up. We starved like hell in this flight. Apart from the food issue, my wife was feeling really cold in the flight, upon asking for the blanket all we got the reply was they do not have one. How ridiculous is that. I was told that the hand luggage might have put the blankets behind so will give us one when they have one. We got the blanket just 1 hour before landing. Will never ever travel with Air New Zealand. I recommend the staff to be more trained in providing good customer service and be polite.
