None really.
Excellent website, good prices, friendly staff. Nice looking website I thought, loads of hotels available at cheap prices, found a flight to match so I booked it!
A nice lady called and told me there was a problem with my card so I sort of flipped out a bit, she was very good throughout and I was very impressed by their service all in all, holiday went perfectly to plan.
I would definitely book with www.otbeach.com again in the future!
