Phone signal usually ok. Price ok
Customer service is TERRIBLE
I wish I had kept a written record of all of the telephone dealings I have had with orange - as the people at the call centre seem totally unable to do this! Had a very simple problem that became a really complicated problem after about 3 people said they would do something and then didn't or managed to do part of it, didn't write any notes about the call - I even joked with one operator about the lack of notes on my account - he said he would get it sorted, keep a good record of what had happened and would sort out some kind of compensation onto my account for all of the problems I had been having - and he did sound genuine about this....funnily enough though he was not true to his word as I found to in calls that followed! I will be changing my provider as although I am personally happy with everything else cost and signal, having problems with the phone is not worth the hassle of trying to deal with them. THE WORST THING IS THAT WHILST YOU ARE WAITING ON HOLD TO SPEAK TO ONE OF THEM - YOU GET THAT STUPID WOMAN'S VOICE TELLING YOU HOW IMPORTANT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TO ORANGE!!??? HA HA HA HA HA HA H A HA HA H HAHA AH AHA H AHA H AH AH AHA H AHA HA HA HA AH AH AHA HA AH AH AHA AH AH AHA HA AH AHA !
