The staff were very pleasant and attentive, room very clean and tidy, the meals good portions and quality. Delighted with our stay.
Stayed at the knaresborough road inn and got charged £25 for a what we thought a taxi ride to Marybone station having been told £12 - £15.
The lift back to the station we felt cheated as a black cab charged us £10 from Buckingham palace garden party.
If your company only gets private hire vehicles then your guest should be told the true price as this definitely put a black mark on what was a truly wonderful three days even though it rained and rained.
I will not hesitate to recommend you Inns but will advise as well the need to be careful when booking a cab.
