They treat you like normal people. You are treated with respect and they talk about the whole experience including things that can go wrong. I live in the real world and there is no such thing as perfect.
Not enough stores if that is a bad point. Just too much choice
My experience with Kutchenhaus has been superb. This is the second time I have bought from this company. My first kitchen had one or two issues but they were sorted. Not as quickly as I would have liked but maybe we are all too impatient these days anyhow. I don't understand all these people who rate zero! If it was so bad why go there. Even if the experience for them was a little more than perfect, the staff are good and always respectful and the product is unbeatable. I shopped around a lot to find the best value for money kitchen available in the UK and found it. Yes I can pay an awful lot less to be treated like a total fool in most of the branded companies in this country. I also tried to get other German companies to give me a quote. The fact that I pulled up in a 02 plated Audi meant that I wasn't even given the time of day, plus the cost was seriously bad - 35k and still rising. The fact is if you want a top quality kitchen check these guys out. I cannot recommend this company enough. I am starting project three tomorrow guess where I am going for my kitchen!!!!
