Excellent build quality amazing sound, you need never change from this guitar no matter where your music takes you.

General Comments

This is a superb guitar and not as some suggest purely for beginners, this can sit toe to toe with any of the Fender strats for sound and can be used from beginners to studio work (as mine has). Its build quality is second to none. If you can't get the very specific sound you want then it just needs the pickups changed, the neck and body are superb and beyond question. Mine is the maple fret board and has been hardtailed as I dislike the sound of any tremelo playing, the action of mine set up low, it can be played fast.

I bought this guitar as an interim but will not change it for anything out there- nothing is a step up in my opinion.

Any guitar that can play the studio version of The Only Ones another girl another planet (using Yamaha orginal pickups) and match the sound of the original and do it so effortlesnessly as this guitar does needs never to be changed no matter what level of player you are!
