General Comments
The service is terrible. I have sent titles back on a Wednesday and waited almost a week for the next title. Especially slow around the time payment date as I have been close to closing my account but until the title is acknowledged as received the account remains open. Surprisingly as soon as the payment is taken my title shows as received!
Never get a title marked high priority. Usually something so far down the list which is there to stop the stupid not enough titles email I get.
Have twice received a title removed from my list. Removed all non HD titles and received standard definition the following week. When I rang to complain I was told the title was added to my list in September. When I explained I don't ever remember this title or if it was in my initial list it had been removed a long time ago they did not want to know and insisted it was there. I know better.
