Good Points

Food was excellent, also we stayed in a balcony cabin and there was loads of room. The steward was very helpful too and the evening entertainment was great.


Bad Points

The ship was a little confusing at first because you had to keep go up and down decks to get back and for to certain areas of the ship but once you figured this out it was pretty easy. You also had to queue at many of the bars and at the purchase desk. This is a brand new ship and maybe it was because of this that there seemed to be queues everywhere or maybe simply because they didn't have enough staff.


General Comments

Overall the Carnival Splendor ship was great, we had a fab time and there was pleanty of choice for evening entertainment. The restaurants were fab too and the main restaurant (black or gold pearl) was great. At the end of the meal the waiters would get up and dance on the tables. Very entertaining.

Also try out the spa, $35 for a day pass. It was great and even though we went when we had a day at sea it wasn't as busy as we thought it would be.
