I had 14 days of misery at the hands of these people, and would warn anyone that is thinking of going with them that they are at grave risk of having their holiday ruined if they need help. The first thing Axa ask when you break down is "when is your planned date of return to UK". To this you MUST tell them you were heading for the ferry home when it happened - otherwise you will not get the offer of repatriation as all they will do if they think there is half a chance of getting your bike/car repaired is take you to a garage.
