Premium went up £100 after the first year, the told me over the phone that a diamond ring had been added to the policy, my boyfriend rang only for a quote! However still recieved information regarding this quote through the post. I had NO idea about this and to be told by Direct Line that your boyfriend is going to propose is not very romantic! I then recieved 6 letters about my renewed insurance, each insurance schedule was different. Cancelled the home insurance and would not but from them again. Gutted I have my pet and car insurance with them. Can't wait till they are up for renewal.
