Good Points

*i'm leaving them soon.

Bad Points

*caps usage at peak times
*unexpected slowdowns. (i pay for 8 meg it drops to less than 1 meg sometimes)
*useless customer support
*premium charging rate customer support number(they make you wait ages)
*no free router
*random disconnections
*after disconnect sometimes i cant reconnect for hours
*you have to pay £40 to recieve your mac code for migration
*you don't get what your paying for in fact your getting much much less

General Comments

I was with AOL broadband before and they were much better(1 year ago).

But anyway stay AWAY. BEWARE!!!
