Good Points

Easy to use, very economical ink usage, very good photo prints, VERY easy ink cartridge changing, AMAZING ONLINE customer service!


Bad Points

Doesn't accept some memory cards


General Comments

I have owned this printer for over a year and print around 20-50 sheets (mostly photo) every day for my home-based business and it very rarely causes any problems. The odd paper jam which is easily fixed and, when I did have a driver problem, I used the instant messaging online support which meant I could chat to the technician whilst carrying out his instructions - I was very impressed!
