Good Points
Good range of tools. Good powerful motor.

Bad Points
Sprays water outside of pick up area. Leaks water when machine is stationary. Fragile body. Very Heavy to use. Interior plastic pipework prone to dislodge and become twisted with use. Water jets prone to calcification in hard water areas which requires removal of the outer casing to clean them out.

General Comments
When it worked it was excellent and cleaned my carpets beautifully, but outer casing and moving parts are brittle plastic and very prone to breakage, inner soft pipework prone to twisting and blockage. Despite quoting part number and description to manufacturer I have been sent parts that did not fit the machine. (I believe they were for different models). Potentially an excellent machine but multiple repair bills make it uneconomical.
