My boyfriend and I booked business class Heathrow-Hong Kong-Auckland return 21/1/08- 20/02/08. No queue at check-in, friendly staff, lounge at lhr small but nice. Lounge in Hong Kong is amazing! Seats on the aircraft were the old style 3 of the 4 flights and they were very comfortable, plenty of room. Flight attendant's really nice and addressed you by name. Food was brilliant, a lot of seafood - my boyfriend doesn't like seafood much... and they ran out of one of the best meals as it seemed everyone had it! (I got the last one!) The newer seats I really liked as was an overnight flight to Heathrow from Hong Kong. A lot of people complain about them being narrow but thats what I liked about it! (I am only 5ft2 though). No problems with the luggage. No delays. Excellent airline - booked to fly to Auckland again Jan 2009! One of the best airlines I've travelled on.
