Very good spec for the price. Very good suspension. Kona apparently build the frames - so it's almost a Kikapu or Dawg. Superb brakes when setup correctly. I don't think it's particularly heavy compared to my 1992 Muddy Fox Courier Mega ; ")
Bad Points
Halford's so called set -up is 'interesting'; shock upside down, not enough grease in rear hub - be prepared to spend some time doing it properly. Needs a lot of TLC afterwards but worth it.
General Comments
Halfords first service is a waste of time; my BB had worked its way loose due to over-spray of paint in the threads and I asked them to tighten it up, then apply threadlock - which they say they would do, but when it came loose again a month later I decided to buy the tools to dismantle it myself and, lo and behold, no threadlock applied. BB is fine now that I have done it properly. 2007 model.
