Good Points

Beefeater crooked billet slough,local,easy to park.Waitresses try very hard in difficult circumstances.


Bad Points

I experienced poor cleanliness including tables dirty and greasy,furniture old and worn,fixtures old and dilapidated. Food cold and of seemingly poor quality.


General Comments

We have used this Beefeater restaurant for many years,and seen lots of staff come and go and it has to be said that I feel the standard of service and food quality has deteriorated markedly over the past 2 years, we go back every so often to see if things have improved but it just seems to get worse.We can give our report based an many years of use,and the final straw two weeks ago when I refused to pay for the meal as it came apparently cremated and I felt the service level was bordering on the ridiculous.
Will not go to THIS LOCATION AGAIN UNTIL WE SEE A SIGN SAYING UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT.
