Location, atmosphere,
Small ugly bathrooms, shower curtains that attack you, absent staff
Hotel Egmond is beautifully located, has great view and we have enjoyed our stay there for three years in a row. But this year the prices went up rather drastically and the room just isn't worth 140 euro's. Also for the first time the owners were nowhere to be seen which was a pity as they had been replaced by two well meaning but frequently absent and quite inexperienced employees.
