Loose weight quickly
Toilet is best friend
I am just about to start week six of lighter life and I have already gone from 15 stone 6 to 13 stone 6.
I thought Id be hungry but I'm not. I'd say to anyone about to start lighter life - please don't go into it half heartedly - you wont stick to it. You need the drive and a goal. I haven't cheated once and don't plan too. I want to look great for my wedding next year.
