Customer service
Wrapit claim 99% satisfaction for their service. This is apparently because the survey is taken before you close your list, and before the problems start. Up till that point they are good, the pre-wedding service i cannot fault. But the service afterwards is the worst i have ever encountered.
They cited supplier problems as an excuse, yet I can find most of the unavailable gifts from my list online, able to deliver to me by the end of the week.
This is an awful service.
