There aren't any.


Bad Points

Anything and everything related setup and uptime. On average I am down 10 hours per week. That is 40 hours per month. Control Panel is dismal, and have never been able to do anything outside of setup an ftp account or email address. But still can't even edit or manage them once setup. Can't even get to the web stats in the control panel. Even having a dedicated server, Mysql is *****still***** shared with everyone else.... That is utterly horrible to deal with when your high traffic site eats up Mysql, which is the real purpose of having a deidicated server to begin with.


General Comments

My dedicated server was down more than 96 hours. emails, phone calls, etc etc multiple daily. Support is dismal at best. When i am able to get to support, which is rare, tehy say it will get done soon. 24hrs later, I am left calling them again for the exact same response. 26 hrs later, same thing. Over and Over and Over....
