Box freezes, Channels disappear.
When cancelled subscription for extra channels, which are not actually channels they are programmes recorded from sky then downloaded onto the box. When they had cancelled the programmes on my request the next day, the music channels, channel 5, fiver and many more had disappeared. So i had plugged in an old free view box and got all of the channels. Poor technical support & customer service. I would not recommend top up tv to any one.
