Used to be great but have changed in last few years.


General Comments

I have four show boxers and all are insured with Pet Plan Pet Insurance. They have always been great at paying out etc. However my last three claims have all been refused on absolute ridiculous grounds and in direct opposition to the written findings of my vet. There claims team seems to now think that it has superior knowledge to that of my vet. I am appealing my latest claim and if needed taking them to court. I don't know what qualifications are required to be claims assessor but I am sure it is not many years in some of the countries finest universities. I used to give out six weeks free insurance with my puppies however recent experience tells me that you should maybe try some one else look at Marks and Spencer.
