Good Points

Reasonable price and easy to start.


Bad Points

Apparent poor build quality and will only cope with 'lightweight' jobs


General Comments

Having owned a 15 year old Stihl for many years until it finally died, this FS45 is very poor in comparison. It cannot cope with really long grass, goes though line at a rate of knots. Bump feed failed after the first few times of use and now the starter cable return spring has failed. Not impressed.
