Really really helpful
Not arrogant
They listen to your wants and needs
I have had NO problems with the agents. They were absolutely lovely and reallly really helpful. They found me my perfect house, they weren't too pushy, and that is always helpful. The house was well below our budget and it wasn't even a council estate or anything like that. I'm sorry for the person who had a horrid experience with them, but the four of us found that the whole office not only the agent were so helpful and friendly.
