The reps were some of the best we have encountered in all our travels. Knowledgeable and friendly and unhurried. We liked the hotels, especially the one in Locarno where we were upgraded to a suite with air conditioning (rare in Switzerland).
Bad Points
The only negative thing to say is that the food in the Metropole in Interlaken was not of a high standard as far as we are concerned.
General Comments
We travelled with Inghams on the William tell Express tour in June/July 2008. We were met at every stage of the tour by smiling, helpful reps. Each stage of our trip, staying in 3 hotels, went extremely smoothly and our cases all arrived when expected having been transported by the Swiss rail system. Each resort rep was very helpful with regard to travelling around and what to do. None of them pushed their excursions and we were very impressed as this was our first trip with Inghams.
