Excellent Hotels, Indian Food and Tour Manager (Sharouqh)
Booking Staff must be trained to check the travel documents of all the passengers before making booking and also provide comprehensive information about the tour and its schedule lest they should not experience any difficulty in all aspects. At London, Hotel accommodation was changed without proper notice.
As one of the passengers (American National) was not holding valid Entry Visa for UK, the trip from Calais to Dover got delayed and thereby we missed the last train to Manchester at 11.30 p.m.. Consequently, I had to check in a nearby hotel at a cost of 95 Sterling Pound and buy fresh tickets at a cost of 122 Sterling Pound (wife & myself) for our journey to Manchester the next morning. The whole enjoyment of the tour got disturbed because of this unpleasant experience. Thankfully, I had funds to meet this expense.
