I have been using this program since windows 95/98 and still use Ver. 3 and have trouble with the thought of upgrading, because it does all I have ever needed.
Hard to center the work in the window on the screen, tweaking slider bars, but this is an old Ver.
I have used it for over 10 yrs, approx. and still going with older Ver. 3, looking forward to Ver.6.... 9/10 value and easy to use, like ms paint, even my kids can use it.
I do not know the company, but they did a great service in making it easy and user friendly...
