Good Points

Very low calories, tastes great!

Bad Points

High sodium, like most canned soup.

General Comments

This is a diet staple for me. It has 150 calories per can. Add some water (it's condensed), throw in some saltines, and you have a low calorie meal that is filling and tastes wonderful!
