Good Points

Excellent 2 weeks spent at this hotel. Staff couldn't do enough and were always friendly and helpful. All meals were great. A must if you go to Hisaronu


Bad Points

Towels only changed twice weekly. Balcony a bit small, but ok to sit in for a short time. Drinks a bit expensive apart from the local beer Efes which was cheaper than a glass of coke.


General Comments

Everyone was very welcoming and made you feel at home.
The town centre is a short walk away up a small hill where all bars and clubs are situated, people in the town on the whole very friendly.
Staff at the hotel are a great bunch of people who always had a laugh with guests and kept things going without a word of complaint. Nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back

    I never had a chance to meet or be presented to the owners.
    Nevertheless the staff, commencing from the reception, right through to housekeeping, had been courteous, and caring to all our needs, and with the swimming pool and surroundings, Turkish Baths, the Restaurant, including the stairs, the Holiday became a healthy and most certainly a pleasent one.
    Should I have a complaint, it would be based on envy, as you're there living in such a lovely country, while, my wife and I, are living here in England.
    To say the least, thank you very much.
