Initially a great service two to three years ago, but now with lots of competition, is far too expensive for me.
Technical help at 50p per minute. They sent us down to our local tesco to buy another installation disc (after being with them for 2 years). They refused to send us another modem, which then proved impossible to buy elsewhere it seems, hence the reason why we left and went to fabulous o2.
Technical support at 50p per minute was very poor on 2 occasions in my opinion. Other competitors such as o2 offer FREE technical support. We were given the completely wrong advice, and sent to our local Tesco store to buy another installation disc (which we argued we did not need but the assistant insisted we did). So off we trailed down to Tesco to get it, and guess what, we didn't need it. Despite complaining I never heard anything back from Tesco. We did in fact need a new modem as there was a hardware failure with modem wire, If only they had replaced it, we would have stayed with Tesco.
