Poor Service.
Apparently send lot of letters, but never see much response.
Slow to send inital letters.
Slow to assess damage.
Accident in Feb, asked to be kept updated by Direct Line, didnt hear anything, so rang regularly to find out what was going on. Eventually asked why they had never been in touch with me to update, got told they update every 8 weeks and that that gets reset everytime I ring! Still waiting for Direct Line to resolve anything, they are still saying liability hasnt been agree, yet the Solicitors employed under my legal cover established this weeks ago. Also saying that I can only claim for loss of use for 30 days, dispite accident not being my fault and Im still without a car nearly 6 months later.
