I thought I was getting a good deal with Lastminute.com, the flights were cheaper than I had found before and I decided to book with them. I used my credit card and was told that my transaction had not completed that something had happened the website so I decided to book elsewhere as I was in a hurry to get the flights booked. Just as what had happened someone else here, when I went to book I noticed that the money had been taken by last minute though no booking had been made. I rang up very angry but they could do nothing just offer me the money back into my card which would take at least 72hours! I explained that I needed the flights urgently and could not wait that long but nothing they could do, poor understanding, poor service just stay away from this site.
