Ordered from SnapFish on 30 June 2008. Today 11 July 2008 - still receiving the message online In process. An e-mail in reply to my complaint (1 e-mail and a second chaser after 24 hours) says they have a technical. A technical what? It says their engineers have been working night and day to fix it. (Does this mean that they have one machine just like my local Tesco?). 12 days to fix a machine?? They still appear to be taking orders and offering special deals. What's up? Makes me wonder after reading other reviews.
Definitely using another company next time. Sad after using them for a few years and receiving back in the post within 48 hours. Gives new meaning to the phrase "customer service."
