Orange are the worst network i have ever had the misfortune of using. They constantly add new charges, and there is very little if any reception anywhere in the country. Their customer service is also very poor.
For starters although orange do not produce the phones i have only ever had problems with the phones they have provided. However, when the phones are damaged oranges customer service is disgraceful I have found.
They also add new charges to your phone bill for items such as orange Wednesdays, which keeps increasing in price.
Their reception is also the worst i have ever experienced and has caused me serious problems when important phone calls have just been cut off during the call. Overall orange are a disgrace and i would recommend that anyone thinking of joining orange rethink their decision.
