General Comments

My heart is broken for my daughter and son-in-law who hired Jennifer Miller Natural Portraits to do their wedding in Key West, June 2007.

Jennifer Miller Natural Portraits were paid a lot of money in full before the wedding date and as mentioned in a previous complaint, appeared very professional on the phone and have a beautiful web site displaying some work. Turned out to be seemingly arrogant and not very professional at all the day of the wedding. Did not appear interested in knowing who the family members were and went about the day refusing to shoot any pictures other than those which were set-up without consulting the bride, groom or parents at all.

We were promised that we would receive the entire package in 6 weeks. Six months later we still received no proofs and could not reach them by phone. At last, we were informed that there had been a fire and everything was lost. Here it is a year later and we were just informed that if we want our pictures we will have to contact the lab and pay for the negatives ourselves.

After reading the comments posted here I now see that there were others who had this experience as well and can understand their heartbreak because that is our experience exactly.
