Absolutely Nothing!!!
Everything - From company policy, managers and attitude of agents. I wouldnt book with this company, I dont like being dissapointed.
We booked a holiday to Ibiza on the 8.07.08 to leave on the 18.07.08. I pre-selected a flight ADVERTISED at £187pp the total cost of the holiday (2 adults, 1 child) came to £1,303. I was contacted on the 10th July and told that the price of the flights had increased by £93 pp!! In two days!?! Even though I had a receipt to to show how much Id payed and I had a holiday confirmation number. How can a company advertise a flight at a particular time and price, then turn around and say you have to pay another £300 or you cant go? If I booked a holiday now, to go next April, would the travel comapny ask me for another £400 come next April if the price has (expectantly) gone up?
