There are a lot of people on the site.


Bad Points

The company provides an awful service for such a high fee. When something goes wrong, customer services are slow and useless.


General Comments

I've been a paying member of DatingDirect.com for 3 weeks. At times of high traffic the site can just blank out and features such as uploading photos or messenger etc stop working. They sometines automatically adjust your photos too by cropping them. This was fine until they cropped the top and side of my head off. I sent a message to customer services - a week later I get a reply and they couldn't do anything about it! They are also very specific about which photos can be shown to non-paying members (primary photos). It must only be a headshot and looking directly at the camera - I had one of me looking to the side and it wasn't allowed there! Any shots that don't match this description or show more than your head they move into an album that only paying members can see. One of the worst features is that even when you pay their high subscription fees any person you contact must also be a payng member to read/send you a message. A large proportion of the site seems to be either inactive profiles or non-paying members so this rules out many people. Also means that because you can't see who's a paying member you end up crawling through lots of profiles that may not even be in a position to reply to you.
